**What You Will Achieve** Working with a dynamic team of Medical Development and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the delivery of Pfizer investigational medicinal products as expanded access treatment option. You will serve as a liaison between Medical Affairs and Global Clinical Supply.

As an Expanded Access Lead, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts based on patient demand, providing cost estimates, and risk mitigation plans. Your experience in project management will be used while reviewing status of programs and budgets, managing schedules, developing resolutions to address complexities. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different Pfizer teams.

**How You Will Achieve It**

+ Lead expanded access programs, manage own time to meet objectives, forecasts and supply strategies, may require input from SMEs.

+ Adopt expanded access strategies that are right for the business through demonstration of expanded access and drug supply knowledge, may require input from SMEs.

+ Actively participate in the Clinical Supply Team (matrix management) with a network of internal and external partners to ensure Medicinal Sciences meet customer expectations and supports the key Pfizer Expanded Access milestones for EA programs.

+ Manage multi-disciplinary teams that includes project management and negotiation.

+ Grows and develops knowledge on all information regarding the global use of investigational material for expanded access programs.

+ Identify and escalate supply issues to regional teams or global supply team.

+ Utilize data visualizations tools to assist in identifying risks or opportunities to support decisions for all aspects of expanded access drug supply, escalating issues to teams.



+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 5+ years' experience

+ Demonstrated experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.

+ Proven ability to effectively develop, communicate, and gain support for execution plans with a wide range of stakeholders.

+ Knowledge of logistics and supply chain environment.

+ Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry supply chain best practices.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.


+ Relevant expanded access operational experience.

+ Drug development, clinical study design including scientific research, or pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging/labeling experience is desirable.

+ Management of multi-disciplinary teams that includes project management, negotiation, conflict management, and process improvement.
