The Executive Sourcing & Support Specialist amplifies the productivity of the Executive Talent Acquisition team by providing superior talent acquisition sourcing support (head-hunting) and holistic search project portfolio management. The Specialist will source executive talent, providing diverse and highly qualified candidate slates for open positions through various means, including: cold-calling, authorized social media, daily searches on recruiting management system, advertising, searching on-line resume databases, Internet postings, networking with professional and community organizations, advertisements and associate referrals.
* Exercise confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
* Partner with Executive Recruiters to integrate sourcing work into the recruitment strategies of search projects
* Serve as a consultant to teammates and hiring leaders to shape/guide their decisions on candidates, proposed salaries and position requirements.
* Track candidates through the full selection process, supporting multiple searches for several clients simultaneously maintaining approved processes, SLAs and standards.
* Act as project manager by leading a search project portfolio of approximately 30 similar/simultaneously running/highly visible and urgent projects to track them against common internal/external SLAs, processes, timelines and budgets.
* Identifying major and detailed project tasks, critical path, contentions and resources to manage the tasks across multiple sub-projects.
* Ensuring project schedule, scope and quality are met by monitoring, using metrics and controls to measure progress, taking corrective action and escalating issues when necessary.
* Ensure consistent and continuous quality communication happens with candidates, HR Business Partners and Hiring Leaders
* Establishing and maintaining effective communications and relationships across multiple areas, divisions, outside vendors and project leaders/teams who are working on sub-projects within a project
* Provide administrative and analytical support for the consultants' projects by writing, editing, and proofreading documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and surveys.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date tracking of search projects.
* Deliver superior customer service in interactions with clients, prospective clients, candidates, vendors, consultants, and other contacts.
* Work with each member of the internal search team to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
* Produce documentation of the highest quality (attention to detail, adherence to standards) in order to uphold the department's standards and reputation.
* Prepare, compile, proofread and distribute correspondence and presentation materials to all parties at each of the appropriate milestones in the search project cycle.
* Build relationships with clients and candidates with a view to providing superior service to all parties involved in a search.
* Respond to candidate and client calls with professionalism and diplomacy in order to enhance the firms reputation.
* Facilitate invoice tracking and payment.

Position Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 or more years of direct full life cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of positions within a fast-paced/high volume corporate recruiting and/or staffing agency environment.
* Experience simultaneously leading multiple executive level search projects is strongly preferred - inclusive of personally sourcing for a variety of functional areas &/or industries (financial services industry is preferred).
* Must be an achievement-oriented recruiter who can work in partnership and independently, maintains a high sense of urgency, responsiveness, follow up/follow through, with excellent attention to detail.
* Project management skills are strongly preferred.
* Highly capable of sourcing talent through traditional headhunting and modern sourcing means.
* Superior candidate sourcing and assessment skills
* Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and oral) skills are required. Must have impeccable English writing and editing skills.
* Exceptional computer skills and capabilities including proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, Social Media, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint).
* Demonstrated ability to organize, coordinate, and manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a stellar phone presence are mandatory.
* Must be a self-starter with close attention to detail, yet in command of the big picture.
* Must work at a fast pace while ensuring accuracy and quality of work.
* Must be self-assured with the ability to admit to and learn from mistakes.
* Must be professional, courteous, and accommodating
