The Home Office Executive Talent Acquisition department is seeking an Executive Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruitment in support of multiple divisions of the Firm. The ideal candidate will manage both the talent fulfillment strategy as well as the search execution on a variety of senior level leader searches.

This role interacts with our Firm's senior most leaders and is expected to quickly gain subject matter expertise in assigned areas. The Executive Talent Acquisition Team acts as trusted advisors and we partner with leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that deliver top talent results through robust diverse slates and informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively understand the Firm's talent needs via close alignment with Talent Management, Human Resource Business Partners, and Business Leadership.
* Ensure deep understanding of the talent need and alignment on role requirements.
* Create holistic search strategies for each assigned opportunity.
* Provide expert recruitment services, execute on the search strategy, and manage the entire search project - inclusive of vendors and related activities (inclusive of personally sourcing candidates through traditional and innovative means).
* Empower informed decisions through the facilitation of interviews, leadership assessments, consensus meetings, and due diligence.
* Ensure an enhanced community immersion and relocation experience for out-of-town candidates.
* Help ensure an optimized onboarding plan to speed the executives to success.
* Assist the broader recruiting and HR department with participation in projects, mentoring and other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred with emphasis in Human Resources or other related fields, or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of 4 or more years of direct full life cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of positions within a fast-paced/high volume corporate recruiting and/or staffing agency environment.
* Experience simultaneously leading multiple executive level search projects is strongly preferred - inclusive of personally sourcing for a variety of functional areas &/or industries (financial services industry is preferred).
* Minimum of 4 or more years of candidate interviewing experience utilizing behavioral based interview and candidate sourcing experience.
* Must have extensive use of a server-based applicant tracking system (ATS), with IBM Kenexa BrassRing strongly preferred.
* Must be an achievement-oriented recruiter who can work in partnership and independently, maintains a high sense of urgency, responsiveness, follow up/follow through, with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature, and other talent acquisition related tools.
* Project management skills are strongly preferred.
