About the Position


Essential Responsibilities:


  • Act as a gatekeeper to group head
    • Screen telephone calls and correspondence
    • Prepare business and personal correspondence
    • Coordinate complex business and personal international and domestic travel arrangements
    • Prioritize and maintain complex daily appointment calendars
  • Manage all travel and entertainment financial reports for the Real Assets team
  • Arrange all audio and video conference for the Real Assets team
  • Handle all administrative responsibilities for the Real Assets team
  • Work on projects as assigned




  • Minimum of 3 years employment supporting a senior executive
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and accessible
  • Ability to utilize time efficiently
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Resourceful and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Well-organized
  • Advance computer skills, must be well versed in:
    • Outlook  
    • PowerPoint
    • Word
    • Excel
    • Concur (preferred)
  • High sense of confidentiality, discretion and dependability
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Experience with scheduling and coordinating business trips
