Auto req ID: 237542BR Job Description The SC MEM Assoc Supervisor will support the team by Providing functional leadership and support to Frontline Teams across with the goal of Achieving Service Excellence by improving the PES Scorecard measures of Customer Service, Productivity, Process, and Cost Major Task Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities: Execution of Headquarter/Region/Location objectives for equipment move and repair process Follow parts inventory, replenishment, and equipment sourcing processes Execute required Health, Safety and Environmental Training Program People Leadership: Mentoring other supervisors providing best in the class performance plan Support/Execute training initiatives for Frontline employees (Train the Trainer) Participate in regular meetings with Channel Managers and Directors (SIP Calls) Project Management at a Regional/HQ Level Achieve annual cost plan within PES budget range Qualifications/Requirements Strong Communication skills (written and oral): Strong analytical, processing and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and excellent organization Advanced in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel 2 years leadership experience Outstanding project management skills Strong process improvement skills Strategic thinking Able to synthesize information in an easy-to-understand and action format Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize well 4-year undergraduate degree At least 2 years prior supervisory management experience Strong systems/computer skills; SAP/CETS experience Strong understanding of Pepsi Systems Tenacious and results-oriented Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
