Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the team accountable for the implementation and deployment of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities of the Enterprise First Global template (built through SAP S4 concepts).

Objectives are to ensure the deployment of the global template supporting the execution of business processes related to Enterprise Asset Management which includes Plant Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Fleet Management and the related Asset Planning processes. This role will adopt and adhere to PEP SAFe agile principles for the FLNA PGT project.

Enterprise Asset Management Processes relate to:

  • Plant and Fleet Maintenance including Routine, Preventative, Corrective And Emergency Maintenance dispatch and scheduling of resources (labor and materials)
  • Procurement of contract labor and Spare Parts related to Maintenance and Management processes (partner with PTP)
  • Data governance related to Plant and Fleet Fixed Assets, Labor and Inventory Management; Asset Intelligence Network (AIN), PdMS Integration, and ASPM and SAC Fleet Dashboard reporting
  • Integration of back end SAP system with the front-line mobility solutions
  • Refurbishment Processes, scheduling and resource management
  • Documentation storage and retrieval (Repair Reference Materials)
Integration with manufacturing, warehouse systems and advance transportation systems as needed for equipment availability (downtimes) and transportation planning

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred from reputed institutions.
  • 12+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Plant Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Fleet Management and Asset Planning
  • 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.
  • Strong experience in end to end EAM design and development. And integration with other functional areas like finance, make to deploy and procure to pay.
  • Experienced in managing and leading small teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Plant Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Fleet Management and Asset Planning
  • Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the EAM (Bills of Material, Equipment Master, Maintenance Plans, Task List, PM Material Master, Work Center, Work/Entry Permits et al)
  • Deep and broad Enterprise Asset Management experience with Plant Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Fleet Management and Asset Planning in a global capacity
  • Familiar with PepsiCo business processes and nuances related to Plant Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Fleet Management and Asset Planning.
  • Knowledge of solutions deployed within PepsiCo in Plant Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Fleet Management and Asset Planning
  • Previous leadership role on a major SAP transformation project
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, Azure Dev Ops, Quality Center and MS Project
  • Solves highly complex problems within their work team
  • Strong influencing, facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
  • Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
  • Consulting background a plus
