Who Youll Work With

Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM and Operations, we are looking for a GTM leader who will partner closely with the Duo sales team, GSSO and Cisco generalist sales team, product management and marketing. 


What Youll Do

  • Lead the business unit in leveraging Cisco to accelerate our Enterprise business

  • Drive a Internationalization tiger team, with alignment across BU, Duo Sales, GSSO, Cisco Geo sales teams, that will build a GTM plan for the enterprise

  • Work with Product management to establish a prioritized new feature release framework optimized for the enterprise customers (e.g., Timelines on enterprise readiness for all new features as we release them in Q3 and Q4)

  • Create and execute on an enterprise marketing and seller awareness plan (e.g., Duo 1000 Account Based Marketing program) 

  • Execute on our Partner Acceleration Plan and generate pipeline from our Enterprise Partners 


Who You Are

  • Have worked in a highly matrixed environment 

  • 2+ years experience in the security and/or SaaS markets highly preferred

  • Must be a confident and analytical leader with a high level of intelligence demonstrated through effective problem solving skills, the ability to multitask and make decisions quickly

  • Must have executive-level presence with the ability to establish relationships with key influencers and decision-makers

  • Possesses exceptional communication skills that are transparent, appropriately challenging, and conducive to an environment where issues are identified and resolved

  • Must be an individual with integrity and high ethical standards that is comfortable with creating systems of accountability

  • Consulting experience a plus

  • Experience or ability to work in a high growth, faced paced environment 

  • Excellent communications and highly developed interpersonal skills with strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization

  • Ability to communicate and build relationships at an executive level and down to a field level
