Sodexo is seeking 4 Enterprise Sales Development Representatives for our

Marketing and Sales Distribution Center (MSDC) located in Irving, TX.


Are you an experienced inside sales expert with excellent communication skills? Do you have a sales hunter personality ready to implement sales strategies that win?   • Anticipate needs of customers while creating and building strong customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales and performance goals
  • Represent MSDC and Sodexo in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Serve as subject matter expert, demonstrating Sodexo knowledge and emphasizing value to clients
  • Manage time effectively; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Exhibit strong executive presence; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stay motivated through frequent sales rejection; required passion and drive for success 

 The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous inside sales experience; proven success converting leads to customers
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of overcoming objections
  • Proven success selling complex, multi-million dollar contracts/services
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Working knowledge of a CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

The Team:


Sodexo's Sales Development Representative team is the first point of contact for all sales efforts. They are a tight-knit group with diverse backgrounds comprised of both seasoned salespeople and whip-smart recent grads. The team is charged with kicking off conversations with qualified leads or target accounts and working with companies of all kinds, from Fortune 500 Companies to Health Systems, Convention Centers and Universities, to make them successful and help them improve the quality of life for their employees through more strategic, collaborative, and human decisions. You be part of a team that helps to generate demand, interest, and excitement for Sodexos services while creating a steady pipeline of business to arm the entire Sales team.

  • As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for contacting leaders and executives in organizations of all sizes across a specific vertical.
  • You identify key decision makers and/or key influencers within an organization across many different departments.
  • You understand the impact our services have on our clients.
  • You articulate to prospects how our tools can help their organizations get to the next level with real-time data.
  • You work well with teammates, like to strategize, and plan out creative methods to generate more business opportunities.
  • You use rejection as fuel to motivate and push you to work harder and smarter.
  • Youre a self-starter, competitive, and driven. You see the bigger picture. You dont settle for mediocrity.
  • You dont hit quota because that is what is expected of you, rather you blow past quota because its who you are.

A Day in the Life:


  • You work with Sales Executives to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.
  • You work closely with our Marketing team to execute on personalized account-based campaigns
  • Youre the best with LinkedIn and Salesforce.
  • You attend 1:1s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, etc. to develop your skills.
  • You collaborate with your peers sharing standard methodologies, \u201coops moments,\u201d and role playing to make sure youre focused on continuous improvement.
  • You compete with yourself, your co-workers, and other teams.
  • Youre self-disciplined, accountable, and reliable.

Position Summary

Sales Development Representatives (SDR) will build, nurture, maintain. and deliver strong leads that will be closed by Field Sales to create new business growth for the company The SDR will grow this new business by identifying and working a target list of prospective clients through phone, email, social, web and other digital applications to generate qualified opportunities. Primary duties include:

  • Target prospecting
  • Present solutions, qualify and hand-off opportunities in collaboration with field sales
  • Forecast, report on, and manage your business



Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associates Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of related experience
