AT&T Government Solutions Inc. is seeking a candidate that can deliver extraordinary impact and influence solution engineering expertise in support of delivering secure architectures integrating on-premise and cloud technologies within the classified government space.


Duties:


+ This position will be responsible for solution design, proposal response, and execution of complex information systems delivering single and multi-level security services. Provide architectural guidance projects that are generally large efforts.

+ The individual will support teams across various Business Units and will assist to propose, enhance, optimize, and implement multi-vendor solutions at the lowest possible annual recurring cost.

+ The individual will be responsible in providing technical leadership in design, security, transport, and properly leveraging Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), & Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.

+ The individual will analyze overall application architecture, provide technical expertise to teams unfamiliar with technologies, and drive/support/deliver a common strategy.

+ Documents and utilizes common patterns and solution best practices. Leverages subject matter/ industry expertise and applies in-depth knowledge to contribute to business opportunities.

+ Seeks new knowledge and innovative methods across disciplines.Self-motivated and results oriented.

+ Influences organization goals and objectives.

+ Leads organizational inventions.

+ Continuously expand business acumen and technical depth.


Additional Job Duties/Responsibilities:


+ Ensure compliance with National and Agency mandated information assurance and cybersecurity guidelines

+ Defines scope and objectives, guides activities of a team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for proposal deliverables

+ Identifies key internal/external stakeholders and teaming partners and develops overall strategy for integrated execution of high value proposals

+ Provides technical and analytical guidance to proposal teams

+ Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of major problems

+ Responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers and our vendors/partners

+ Works with senior team members on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks

+ Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with the cyber security programs

+ Includes ideation, testing, proof of concept and support for various cyber related projects

+ Analysis, of complex security issues and the development and engineering activities to help mitigate risk

+ Analyzes various hardware and/or software solutions recommending purchases and identifying modifications to fit AT&T's cyber security needs and that of our managed services teams

+ Engineering and design of complex multi-level security information systems

+ Leads cross functional teams to complete deliverables within allotted timeline and budget

+ Programs are very complex in nature, rarely follow a repeatable framework, typically span multiple business units or are company-wide, and require a high level of analysis to create plans for new concepts

+ Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization

+ Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports

+ Conducts meetings and is responsible for tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews deliverables


Required Clearance:

TS/SCI eligible (#topsecret)


Required Qualifications:


+ Minimum of 5 years experience.

+ Requires a bachelors degree from an accredited university/college in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience and 8 to 10 years of prior relevant experience.

+ Network security, Information Assurance/Information System Security Engineering

+ Defense in Depth principles and technology including access/control, authorization, Identification and authentication, public key infrastructure, network, and enterprise security architecture

+ DoD and Air Force Information Security regulations, publications, and policy

+ Ability to demonstrate expertise in architectures, platforms, and protocols

+ Strong understanding of the operating systems such as Linux, Unix, Solaris, Ubuntu, Windows.

+ Working level knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addresses, HTTP, and DNS.

+ Command over the vital security concepts. Basic knowledge of firewall and other security components is necessary.
