The Enterprise Engineering Lead orchestrates the mission analytics, security engineering and specialty engineering support for the acquisition of a space/ground enterprise across the full systems engineering lifecycle. The lead is responsible for the enterprise engineering support to multiple teams providing support for mission engineering, planning, and closure; user engagement; architecture, CONOPs and architecture develop; and verification and validation.

The Enterprise Engineer oversees and manages the logical analysis developing multivariate analysis, linear modeling, and data mining in support of the systems engineering of a space/ground system. The lead is responsible for integrating modeling, simulation, analysis, and test data to predict and assess reliability, maintainability, and availability inputs from multiple developers.

The lead oversees and manages security scope including achieving Level 3 Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and continued compliance; all required cyber analytics; and performance of the risk management framework.

The lead oversees and manages engineering and specialty engineering scope including spectrum management; parts and materials; failure modes, effects, criticality analysis, and other associated support engineering aspects.

The Enterprise Engineering Lead is critical lead position responsible for the direct supervision of the Enterprise Engineering Team and reviews and prioritizes network needs and analyzes project costs and feasibility. The lead develops systems analysis standards and methodology consistent with technical requirements, and schedules staff to obtain proper response in a timely manner.


Requires BA/BS with 12 to15 years, with at least six plus years as a manager. Incumbent will have a specialized knowledge in one or more fields of disciplines and general knowledge in a number of others.

Recent experience on DoD/IC space programs
Experience with MATLAB, STK, AvSIM and other COTS tools
Fluent in AFSIM modeling environment (desired)
