**ROLE SUMMARY**



+ Enterprise Architect



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are looking for a passionate, business-outcome focused, detail-oriented Enterprise Architect to join the Digital Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Transformation practice within Pfizer Digital Architecture. The candidate is primarily responsible for:



+ Assisting in advancing the Digital Enterprise Architecture program and objectives

+ Cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining and governing overall digital architecture assets, models, representations, capability models, reports and components to adequately align Pfizer's business and digital objectives.

+ 10-12 years of prior EA, Application Portfolio Management & Technology Lifecycle Management, Strategy, Planning and Governance, IT Investment Planning experience desired

+ Assist with implementing and operationalizing Digital EA tool (LeanIX)

+ Work with the application owners, creation centers and client partners to improve the app portfolio information

+ Creation and management of application disposition plans and recommendations (enhance, maintain, retire etc.)

+ Ensure currency and compliance with vendor support policies

+ Facilitate APM planning, implementation and maintenance activities

+ Drive external research and benchmarking; manage vendor relationship; Optimize value derived from APM toolsets

+ To be successful, you should have excellent strategic mindset, analytical skills, life science/healthcare business acumen and project management skills

+ You should also have strong leadership, communication, management and interpersonal skills

+ Experience with EA tool such as LeanIX is desired

+ 8-10 years of prior EA, Application Portfolio Management, Strategy, Planning and Governance, IT Investment Planning experience desired

+ Familiarity with EA framework such as TOGAF, EACOE, IT4IT

+ Ability to work effectively across different time zones and partner at all levels

+ Performs related duties as assigned or requested



**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Architect with an experience and vision of managing the application portfolio in a larger enterprise using one of the APM suite : LeanIX, Alfabet, Troux, Mega or similiar

+ Understanding of management consulting and IT/EA frameworks to align business and digital organizations

+ Understanding of architecture planning, technology delivery model and governance models

+ Experience in management of Application Portfolio Structure, Models and KPIs

+ Experience in managing Business, Information, Infrastructure, IT Finance, Technical, Vendor context of the application (360-degree view of an application)

+ Ability to perform Application assessment and analysis

+ Ability to enhance the meta-model

+ Ability to create visual reports and dashboards

+ Provide APM tool maintenance support

+ Excellent Project management skills

+ Must be an excellent communicator (written, verbal, presentation) who can relate well to all levels of management and technical/non-technical colleagues

+ Excellent team player; great interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment across different time zones

+ Knowledge of LifeScience and/or Healthcare vertical including business, regulatory and market trends

+ Bachelor degree from and accredited college or university

+ Master's degree or M.B.A. preferred
