The Senior Agile Coach is an expert in lean/Agile practices and one or more knowledge domains (i.e. technical, business, transformation) while having developed skill in facilitation, mentoring, training, and professional coaching. The Enterprise Agile Coach’s purview is the Agile strategy of a division or multiple portfolios within a division.
Integrate business solutions for complex operational problems through application of a broad understanding of how the organization operates and deep knowledge and experience in the application of Agile principles. Experienced subject matter expert in facilitation, mentoring, training, and professional coaching. Ensure team Agile coaches are consistent and improving in their knowledge and application of Agile principles. Responsible for ensuring Truist Agile SDLC, Agile Operating Framework and Risk Framework are appropriately followed. Conduct Agile Team, Program (ART), and Portfolio Maturity Assessments, create Coaching Plans to increase Agile Maturity of Teams, Programs (ARTs), and Portfolios Active participant with the Truist Agile Guild and Agile Coaches Communities of Practice. Solve and coach to highly technical, complex problems. Consult for other initiatives. Provide informal leadership to others and serves as a resource on complex solutions. Executive facing role with high responsibility and accountability to ensure that Agile CoE Standards and Best practices are followed throughout Truist.
