Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking 2 Entegra Inside Sales Development Representative for our Marketing and Sales Distribution Center (MSDC) in offices located in Dallas, TX or Orlando, FL. This position will start out as a hybrid virtual office and with the evolution of in-office safety, the position will become an In-Office position once safe to do so. Teams get together for fun activities once a month. These roles support entegra Procurement Services.  Two years of related experience inside sales required.

Sodexo's Inside Sales team is the first point of contact for all sales efforts. They are a tight-knit group with diverse backgrounds comprised of both seasoned salespeople and whip-smart recent grads. The team is charged with kicking off conversations with qualified leads or target accounts and working with companies of all kinds, from Fortune 500 and Health Systems to Convention Centers and Universities, to make them successful and help improve the quality of life through strategic, collaborative and human decisions. You be a part of a team that helps generate demand, interest and excitement for Sodexos services while creating a steady pipeline of business to arm the entire Sales organization.

  • You identify key decision makers and/or key influencers within an organization across many different departments.
  • You understand the impact our services have on our clients.
  • You articulate to prospects how our tools can help their organizations get to the next level with real-time data.
  • You work well with teammates, like to strategize and plan out creative methods to generate more business opportunities.
  • You use rejection as fuel to motivate and push you to work harder and smarter.
  • Youre a self-starter, competitive and driven. You see the bigger picture.
  • You dont hit quota because that is what is expected of you, rather you blow past quota because its who you are.
  • You are in sales because you want to drive your own destiny.

A Day in the Life:

  • You work with Sales Executives to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.
  • You work closely with our Marketing team to execute personalized account-based campaigns
  • Youre a power user of LinkedIn and Salesforce.
  • You attend 1:1s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, etc. to develop your skills.
  • You collaborate with your peers sharing standard methodologies, best practices and role playing to make sure youre focused on continuous improvement.
  • Youre self-disciplined, accountable and reliable.

 The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous 3+ years inside sales experience; proven success converting leads to customers
  • Proven success selling complex, multi-million dollar contracts/services
  • The ability balance competing priorities and keep multiple stakeholders informed on progress
  • Technical aptitude- you can learn new programs before and have a knack for picking them up quickly
  • Working knowledge of a CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience using tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesForce, LinkedIn Navigator, etc

Position Summary

Sales Development Representatives (SDR) will build, nurture, maintain. and deliver strong leads that will be closed by Field Sales to create new business growth for the company The SDR will grow this new business by identifying and working a target list of prospective clients through phone, email, social, web and other digital applications to generate qualified opportunities. Primary duties include:

  • Target prospecting
  • Present solutions, qualify and hand-off opportunities in collaboration with field sales
  • Forecast, report on, and manage your business



Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associates Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of related experience
