The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing holistic 360 communication plans for the Pepsi Energy Portfolio in our South Division. This includes working closely with shopper marketing, commercial and brand teams to develop plans that will improve both long-term equity and drive volume.
As a change leader, influencer, and strong brand marketer, you will be responsible for leading strategy and activation for some of our strongest growing brands
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure continuous innovation across all consumer touchpoints with a goal of driving the energy portfolio
Manage multiple external agency partners in the development and execution of holistic activation plans across the South Division
Partner with Brand, Commercial, Insights and Shopper teams to develop programming that helps drive the business agenda
Develop and execute a consumer-centric marketing strategy for the PBNA South Division that drives demand, engagement and sales
Provide critical thought leadership in the development, roll-out and implementation of Annual Operating Plan
Analytics: Set KPIs and create post-program analysis to understand marketing performance and to be able to optimize in the future
Budget: Manage marketing budget, forecast and track spend in alignment with South Division goals

Bachelors degree; MBA preferred
Consumer marketing/advertising skills through a minimum of 5+ years of experience
