What You'll Do

In this role, you will evolve and drive the benefits strategy and offerings based on the needs of the business and in alignment with our People and Communities priorities.

The role will report to the EMEAR Benefits Consultant Lead and you will also provide support to the other consultants in the region. This is a great opportunity to learn and expand on your benefits knowledge and experience and become part of a Global and Regional Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market landscape & employee/family needs and design, manage and enhance country/regional benefit offerings to evolve Ciscos Culture and People Deal.
  • Proactively analyze internal/external market and enhance country/regional benefit offerings to improve EE experience.
  • Partner with Benefits Delivery team to solve problems and suggest/deliver on strategies and solutions that evolve value.
  • Partner with external brokers to conduct strategic renewals and ensure compliance of all country benefit offerings.
  • Develop and manage regional fringe budgets for offerings.
  • Develop practice expertise and drive strategies and designs within a given practice (health, well-being, financial, mental health, time-off/LOA, life & disability).
  • Partner with other regional practice leaders to ideate and develop consistent strategies with local variation.
  • Partner with Benefits COE team to:
  • understand offering data and prioritize renewal and market bid enhancements.
  • implement offerings with role clarity.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on due diligence and implementations.
  • Partner with vendors on proactive solutions.

Who You'll Work With

You will gain exposure to several teams across People and Communities and the business. You will become well versed in the Benefits resources, offerings and activities, all of which apply to your professional and personal growth and added to your toolbox of skills, knowledge, habits and rituals.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years experience of delivering a Benefits strategy and solutions in a highly matrixed and complex multi-national environment
  • Demonstrated experience of working effectively and influencing different cultures
  • Ability to effectively manage and influence multiple stakeholders, developing credibility quickly with the functional, local People and Community functions and corporate People and Community functions, and to effect change
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
  • Experience in leading or working on cross-functional dynamic teams
  • Project/Program Management Experience
  • Global experience understanding of our cultural nuances and diverse needs relating to benefits and wellbeing
