The Regional Platform Marketing team provides the deep interlock between our global product marketing, regional marketing and sales teams to ensure our strategic marketing priorities are executed successfully. Our role is to drive the Enterprise Network and Cloud marketing plan in the EMEAR region to create awareness and generate demand.

What you will do

You will work within a small collaborative regional team as part of the Global Enterprise Networking and Cloud product marketing team. You will build and lead the regional marketing plan for your designated products and solutions and represent the architecture to local stakeholders across regional sales and marketing. As part of a highly matrixed organization, you will partner closely with the regional digital and country marketing teams drive effective marketing activation and report on results. You will also work closely with regional sales teams to develop a deep understanding and insight into the local market conditions and sales priorities, and to ensure visibility of the local marketing plan. Key activities will include:

  • Understand business objectives and create regional marketing plan to meet goals for your products/solutions on a quarterly basis
  • Collaborate closely with the omnichannel and digital teams to activate, evolve and optimize the always-on journey (digital campaign) in region to drive awareness and generate leads.
  • Work with sales stakeholders to understand business priorities, ensure marketing alignment and showcase aligned marketing activities and results.
  • Communicate with the regional growth marketing team to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for, and support, local demand generation and awareness activities.
  • Ensure the effective and timely execution of the paid media plans working with the paid media team in priority markets, and report on results.
  • Input into quarterly reporting on campaign results and measure effectiveness in collaboration with digital teams.
  • Lead the regional marketing activation of major global product and solution launches and co-ordinate the overall regional launch plans.
  • Lead and support regional webinars and physical events in conjunction with sales and local event team.
  • Work with global product marketing to review and provide feedback into the digital campaigns and priority solution content plans.
  • Develop written content for local emails, webinars, social posts and other ad-hoc drive-to contents, and input into review cycles for globally created contents.
  • Support the development, localization and communication of aligned partner marketing campaign kits.
  • Help drive effective amplification of organic social in region and identify and support the creation of local, relevant customer case studies, in partnership with the social and advocacy teams.

Who you are:

  • Educated to degree level. A marketing or sales qualification is desirable
  • 8+ Years B2B marketing experience ideally within a tech company
  • Strong organisational, project management and budget management skills
  • Proven success in campaign strategy, framework, development and execution
  • Have a deep understanding of the customer and how technology can help them meet their technical and business objectives
  • Team player with experience of a complex matrixed organisation and able to multi-task
  • Experience with multi-channel full funnel demand generation campaigns
  • Results oriented with an ability to synthesize business objectives to create a well-aligned integrated campaign, and execute plans with clearly defined goals
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead, influence and work with cross-functional teams and across organisational and geographic boundaries
  • A second language would be beneficial but not essential
