Perform predictive, preventive, planned and corrective maintenance to ensure the maximum availability of the electrical, instrumentation and mechanical systems associated with Utility equipment, plant systems and processing areas. Duties include electrical, instrumentation, calibration and mechanical maintenance support of utilities, plant systems, process and quality control equipment and the operation of plant utility systems.


+ Execute PM's and WO's with a focus on safety, cGMP compliance and Zero Defects.

+ Perform predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities for GMP equipment

+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner utilizing DMAIC techniques

+ Read and follow equipment schematics, logic diagrams and engineering drawings

+ Experience with the MMAIC process is desired.

+ Assist process maintenance technicians as needed.

+ Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement activities.

+ Follow all SOP and cGMP requirements


Minimum of AAS degree in electrical, electronics, instrumentation, industrial technology or related field of study with at least 2 years of experience working with equipment maintenance in a cGMP environment

HS diploma with 8 years of relevant experience is also acceptable.


Position requirements are typical for a manufacturing plant-based work environment with significant shop floor exposure. Routine lifting, sitting, standing, walking and bending is required. Specific PPE requirements, including clean room gowning, is frequently required. There are no unusual mental requirements for this position.


Schedule is a mixture of day shift (M-F, 8 hrs.) and rotating 12 hour shifts that include night and weekend work. Alternative work schedules may be required to support specific project-related activities. Facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
