**I - Category Sourcing Operation:**

+ Support CSMs in the development and management of the category plans and contribute cost savings for assigned categories: including but not limited to provide data analysis and specific knowledge to aid CSM in category strategy development.

+ Support CSMs in develop & implement procurement plans at the regional level as well as for market: including but not limited to:coordinate, distribute and collect all relevant information and feedbacks from market.

+ Be able to work independently for the assigned projects: including but not limited to: bidding, cost negotiation, contract negotiation and contract management.

+ Explore market intelligence to support the development of sourcing strategies and contribute to market category strategies.

+ Be able to identify ways of improving the Procurement processes, tools, policies and procedures, to drive efficiency and proactive engagement in opportunities.

+ Deliver the operational requirements related to assigned categories to ensure the business needs are satisfied

+ Apply appropriate strategic sourcing elements and associated tools for all projects and educated cross-teams in best practice.

**II - Supplier Relationship Management:**

+ Manage supplier relationships across assigned categories and ensure appropriate risk management is undertaken.

+ Implement plans for evaluating and measuring supplier performance of strategic suppliers through the established Supplier Relationship Management process.

+ Identify and achieve ongoing cost savings opportunities within supplier contracts and operational processes.

+ Mediate to resolve service - related issues with internal and external stakeholders.

**IV - Data management**

+ Manipulate the quarterly spend, saving/working capital report

+ Be able to analyze data and interpret data insights in supporting the team or CSMs in opportunity assessment.

**V- Others:**

+ Involves proactively in Procurement short-term or long-term projects and use his/her capacity in the team as team leader or team member

+ Ensure productivity and quality works as per targeted Finance objectives



+ Have good analytical skill and be able to interpret underline information behind the surface.

+ General understanding of end to end Procurement process including experience of Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

+ Is proficient in written and oral communication skills in English.

+ Good ability to show innovation, problem solving and decision-making skills.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills throughout all levels of an organization.

+ Have successful sourcing experiences in implementing strategic indirect sourcing project in the past 1-3 years.

+ Quick learning skill and willingness of self-development in market and region.

**Profile and education**

+ Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in Purchasing or Business operation functions in large Corporations.

+ B.S. (or equivalent) in business or a technical discipline. Master's Degree is a plus.

+ Advanced IT skill in analytical tools i.e. Excel, PPT, Tableau , SaaS, is desired
