On the PepsiCo eCommerce team, our Sales Managers own the relationships with our retailers that include Walmart, Amazon, Instacart and more to grow share of online sales through PepsiCos evolving and disruptive digital capabilities.

Were seeking an eCommerce Sales Manager - National Accounts at PepsiCo to lead the online sales strategy and retailers relationship across all Sam's Club eCommerce platforms for PepsiCo's total brand portfolio, including PepsiCo Foods North America Business (PFNA) Lay's Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, Ruffles, and Quaker Oaks; and PepsiCo Beverages North America Business (PBNA), Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Aquafina, Gatorade, Propel, Tropicana Juice, Bubly, Naked Juice, Kevitas, and more.
In this role you will have several distinct responsibilities and priorities:
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Customer Sales Relationship with Sams eCommerce, specific areas of focus will include assortment strategy, promotional strategy, new product launches, customer management and delivering results
Lead execution of annual operating plan, focused on accelerating growth across the portfolio to drive market share gains
Partner cross functionally to ensure PepsiCo is prepared to service the customer with an Omni-Channel first mindset

Proven customer management experience as evidenced by previous roles with responsibility for customer strategy and execution.
Strong analytical skills as evidenced by high intelligence and previous ownership of comprehensive analytical tasks and projects
Cross-functional literacy as evidenced by the ability to work with support functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance
Strong problem-solving capabilities as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines
The instinct for executionas evidenced by strong organizational skills, prompt follow-up, and focus on task completion
Ability to understand multiple retailer go-to-market strategies as evidenced by the ability to shift strategies and solutions as required
Sound communication skills as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence internal and external staff
Resilience as evidenced by the courage maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them
Bias for action as evidenced by a track record of taking decisions in to drive the interests of the business while still maintaining highest levels of rigor and compliance
5+ years sales/marketing/eComm experience
College degree (BS/BA minimum)
Proven success with cross-functional teams, project coordination and relentless execution & follow up
