On the PepsiCo eCommerce team, our Sales associates own the relationships with our retailers that include Walmart, Amazon, Instacart and more to grow share of online sales through PepsiCos evolving and disruptive digital capabilities.
Youll be working with a globally recognized product portfolio, experimenting with assortment, pricing and fulfillment, and making a real and visible impact with the opportunity to collaborate and grow cross-functionally.

Were seeking an eCommerce Sales Manager at PepsiCo to lead the online sales strategy and customer relationship across the Amazon dotcom business for PepsiCos Quaker Foods North America (QFNA) portfolio of products, including Quaker, Capn Crunch, Life cereal, and Rice-a-Roni.
Key responsibilities for the role:
Own the Customer Sales Relationship with Amazon.com: Specific areas of focus will include assortment strategy, pricing/promotional strategy, and customer management - all with the aim to accelerate the growth of the portfolio across Amazon.com
Develop and execute annual operating plan, along with quarterly growth strategies to drive business sales and market share growth
Operate as a Team Leader: Effectively and efficiently manage a matrixed organization comprised of key stakeholders across the business including finance, supply chain/operations, marketing, and commercialization in order to prioritize key projects and programs required to accelerate growth
Competencies required for the position:
Proven customer management experience as evidenced by previous roles with responsibility for customer strategy and execution
Cross-functional literacy as evidenced by the ability to work with support functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance in capacities ranging from customer planning to forecasting
Planning skills - as evidenced by the capability to develop tools such as annual plans and forecasts that incorporate Sales and Marketing input
Problem-solving capabilities as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines
Strong analytical skills as evidenced by high intelligence and previous ownership of comprehensive analytical tasks and projects
Instinct for execution as evidenced by strong organizational skills, prompt follow-up, and focus on task completion
Sound communication skills as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence both the eCommerce leadership team and customer team to act in the best interest of internal and external stakeholders through written and verbal communications
Resilience as evidenced by the courage to maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them
Bias for action as evidenced by a track record of taking decisions in to drive the interests of the business while still maintaining highest levels of rigor and compliance
5+ years of sales/marketing experience Account Management experience strongly preferred
College degree (BS/BA minimum) - MBA strongly preferred
Significant knowledge of digital/online space - Experience in an eCommerce environment strongly preferred
Proven success with cross-functional teams, project coordination and relentless execution & follow up
Experience with the development of strategic business plan, annual operating plan tools and execution tactics; channel strategy development preferred, not required
