Auto req ID: 246027BR Job Description Job Title: eCommerce Product Lead Employer: PepsiCo, Inc. Location: 12 East 49th Street, Floor 11, New York, NY 10017 Duties: Responsible for collaborating with business, engineering, marketing, and product management teams to set product development priorities and design and deliver solutions. Lead the strategy and development of data and analytics products to drive business growth. Define product requirements documents for both internal tools-based solutions and customer-facing eCommerce digital experiences. Manage product roadmap for the Retail Data Platform, prioritizing business requirements, product features, user experience, performance, and delivery schedules. Provide domain expertise and leadership for data-related products, features, and functionality that serves business and technical leaders at both Pepsi eCommerce and PepsiCo at large. Develop and measure product key performance indicators (KPIs), develop key insights, drive reporting tools, and devise and execute experiments to improve the product. Research and identify new opportunities to innovate in eCommerce. Engage and influence partners on technology capabilities and digital innovation. Lead a team of product managers to create product scope, and make trade-offs in product functionality and scope to ensure regular and valuable product releases that align with business goals. Organize regular connections with key stakeholders, create kickoff sessions, and organize weekly and monthly meetings with leadership Teams, Marketing Users, Managers and Directors of Supply Chain/Sales teams. Use frameworks like Organizational Objectives and Key Results to build and optimize product roadmap. Allocate tasks and provide guidance to engineering teams and data analysts on weekly, monthly, and quarterly timelines. Use Agile processes to collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to execute on the product roadmap through emerging technologies such as Machine Learning. Qualifications/Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have seven (7) years of experience with: driving strategic recommendations through statistical and data analysis using SQL database query language; Information Technology and Information Systems data or systems management; Data Architecture and defining the data flow within and across systems; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), enterprise applications, systems, and processes with SAP. Must have five (5) years of experience with: User Interface frameworks, Application Programming Interface (API), big data, and cloud modern technology stacks; and leadership experience in a process-driven, data dense environment, with practical application of innovation and thought leadership. Must have four (4) years of experience with: Agile Product development and delivery; Data Product Management; and Data Visualization. Travel required 10% of the time.
