Auto req ID: 234474BR Job Description Job Title: eCommerce Product Catalog Product Manager / eCommerce Data Analyst Employer: PepsiCo, Inc. Location: 650 California Street, San Francisco, CA 94108 Duties: Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, IT, Product, and PepsiCo Business Units to gather, review business requirements and understand goals and objectives for development projects, and document data requirements, business rules, and data audit procedures. Investigate and resolve data issues and devise strategies for continual improvement of our data quality. Provide support for our data platform and triage incoming support requests, assign priority, and resolve or escalate requests as necessary. Responsible for researching and documenting data sources such as PepsiCo ERP and finance systems, data warehouses, reseller systems such as Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart's retail link, and internally developed IT applications. Define data transformations and storage needs and document data access and data syndication requirements. Engage in writing stories for engineering teams for sprint development and further develop detailed project plans for development project. Contribute to PepsiCo's knowledge base to continually improve support effectiveness and develop comprehensive quality processes for data validation. Work in Agile writing stories for spring development and further develop detailed project plans for development projects. Support the engineers, data scientists, analysts, and the finance team for different data platforms. Obtain data requirements, business rules, and data audit procedures needed for projects. Analyze data from various data platforms to build new capabilities based on business requirements, and document data access and data syndication requirements. Triage and resolve data issues with incoming support requests, and work on continual improvement of data quality. Define and document the data transformations and storage needs for data, and perform the testing and implementation of the software stems. Ensure that systems developed, and projects implemented are based on business requirements. Provide continued support after go-live, and work on enhancements to deliver stable systems. Support the data platforms and triage incoming support requests from various stakeholders, assign priority, and resolve or escalate requests as necessary. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have three (3) years of experience with: data driven systems such as ERP, HRIS, and POS; defining requirements and developing applications, reports, analytics tools, and back-end data processing jobs; and Microsoft Excel and SQL. Must have one (1) year of experience with: help desk and ticketing software such as Jira or Zen Desk; and Agile development processes and tools such as Jira or Pivotal Tracker. Travel required 10% of the time.
