Investing in eCommerce, digital capabilities and talent has been a huge part of that effort, with $3 billion in global retail sales projected for the rest of this year. Were seeking a eCommerce Associate Manager thats creative, analytical and forward thinking to collaborate cross-functionally and globally with senior leaders on innovations and solutions to grow our eCommerce business. In this role you will have several distinct responsibilities and priorities: What a PepsiCo Global eCommerce Associate Manager does: Elevate eCommerce capabilities in key markets globally, bridging the gap between subject matter experts in US eCommerce team and our regional eCommerce teams Develop high level strategies, including working closely with the broader global eCommerce team and with the Strategy, Sales and Finance leads in the markets Support the creation of playbooks to scale eComm best practices globally Support the rollout of priority eCommerce Digital capabilities (e.g., Marketing Automation), guiding teams critical thinking / problem solving to de-risk implementation by identifying the critical path to implementation and escalating roadblocks with the right Senior leaders Support the implementation of pilot / test and learns to address the most difficult eCommerce strategic challenges, e.g., Impulse, Sustainability Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred) 2-4 years of experience with experience with a top-tier consulting firm with exposure to consumer/retail clients or experience in digital/eCommerce (preferred but not required) Able to work collaboratively with broader eCommerce team in NYC and international markets (EU, APAC, AMESA, LATAM) Leadership ability, high emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management Excellent communication skills verbal and written to influence senior leaders Strong strategic mindset with sound business judgement and problem-solving capabilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and simultaneously leading several programs. Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage up Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences; foreign language skills highly desired We believe that culture should be at the cornerstone of everything we do at PepsiCo eCommerce.
