As part of the Global Data Partnerships Center, your primary focus will be on defining the needs and optimized data partnership portfolio to enable eCommerce Category Management. You will be tasked with data content strategy and leading the identification of viable data partnerships that are enhanced by a two-way share of data in the eCommerce space. You will be a cross-functional partner with both the traditional category management teams, as well as, the eCommerce team and will need to be able to understand both US eCommerce dynamics and eCommerce more globally to be a leader in this space. You must be strategic, collaborative, analytical and have a passion for connecting business to data that drives sales now and in the future. The Manager of eCommerce Category Management Data Partnerships will be a key player on the emerging Global Data Partnerships Center. The Data Partnership Center will initiate and develop strategic data partnerships and innovative solutions to drive business value, speed, and business impact. Moreover, this person will support building capabilities and best practices in data acquisition and data partner management and will support best practices across the enterprise. This role will be the lead for all eCommerce data partnership needs, responsible for meeting the eCommerce team needs for category management. Key Accountabilities Help support building a Global Data Partnership Center Review of current data assets to understand prioritized data partnerships to identify and initiate Assist with the onboarding of new data partnershipsSupport building the Global Data Partnerships Strategy Determine if existing data partnerships meet the needs of the Commercial organization Proactively research and understand the global landscape for Traditional and Non-Traditional Data and identify new data sources and opportunitiesHelp Implement Strategy & Drive Customer Satisfaction Support the Data & Analytics Product Portfolio by identifying partners that can be used to improve decision making and intelligent action by consumers, the enterprise or other organizations Work closely with eComm global leads to understand current analytic capabilities and prioritized needs, with special regard to opportunities where data connects directly to expanding the PepsiCo categories presence and revenues Support ensuring the Global Data Partnership Center offers a satisfying service to the business in a timely manner and proactively helps our business partners identify the most effective and valuable External Data ProductsOptimize Data Partnerships Review for redundancies and partnerships that show long-term viability concerns Proactively seek to make a data partnership universe that can grow with the business and the change in the digital data environment Qualifications/Requirements Minimum 5 years in eCommerce, with a preference for CPG eCommerce experience Minimum 4 years experience managing digital data partnerships Minimum 4 years experience in CPG goods industry experience, or related analyst focus Bachelors Degree, Masters a plusExperience: Demonstrated analytics skills and use of multiple software tools Experience in assessment and analysis of data providers Experience with merchandising optimizations, specifically top 5 e-retailers such as Amazon Experience in evaluating the viability/sustainability of a data typeSkills, Abilities, Knowledge: Knowledge of eCommerce category management Strong knowledge of digital brand commerce Strong collaborator with the ability to take a project from concept through to execution Great management and organizational skills; the ability to prioritize and multi-task Great communications skills, both verbal and written High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and storytelling Robust data knowledge in consumer & scan/syndicated Willingness to learn Can operate in a fast-moving, changing environment Utilize strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters Quickly identify opportunities and follow quickly to organization sell-through Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
