We're seeking a Supply Chain WMS Specialist to join our team and navigate a fast moving environment while applying the latest technologies to revolutionize the way the supply chain works. Youll have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to influence the biggest players in online grocery while expanding our new direct-to-consumer platforms. In this role you will have several distinct responsibilities and priorities:eComm Supply Chain WMS Specialist Responsibilities/Accountabilities Responsible for development of cloud WMS solutions that can be scaled to varying locations within PepsiCo as part of eComm. Work with vendors, internal and external teams to integrate a WMS solution that will plan, organize, staff, direct and report on supply chain operations. Identify and implement process automation that improves cost, and service metrics for supply chain. Developing and managing capital projects, with focus on execution and timing while maintaining business continuity. Define software scope and requirements to integrate into carrier, inventory, and order management systems. Working with eComm teams to ensure proper financial and SOX compliance. Identifying opportunities to improve process based on key learnings from completed projects Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience 7+ years of professional experience in warehouse management software systems with significant experience in Supply Chain and/or online retail. Gatorade, Juice+, Quaker, PBC, Frito-Lay or SodaStream supply chain experience desired (e.g. SAP, WMS, etc.) Experience synching and reconciling inventory and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NIS ICS, etc..) desired. Track-record of effectively managing time-sensitive work and competing priorities with minimum guidance Ability to tackle complex technical problems and distill to clear concise action plans and/or executive summaries. Ability to work on cross functions teams, with multiple stake holder influencing projects.
