Set the vision and lay the foundation for Data Products at PepsiCo eCommerce

Our team at PepsiCo eCommerce works with the most cutting-edge technology and builds our own tech-stack and experiences from scratch. Were looking for an experienced Product Manager to join PepsiCo eComm Product and Design team. We are looking for a thought leader that is passionate about creating innovative product experiences for our customers. In this role, you will work on blue-sky initiatives, in a start-up like an environment where you will roll up your sleeves and work collaboratively with business owners, engineers, designers and other cross-functional partners to create impactful products.

This position reports directly to the Product Lead for PepsiCo eCommerce, collaborates closely with our data engineering and product leads, and is based out of NYC or Bay Area locations.

Weve been laser-focused on winning in the marketplace, developing and executing direct-to-consumer experiences like PantryShop.com and Snacks.com in less than 30 days. Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a distributed team of Product Managers, Business Analysts and Data Engineers to deliver internal data products
• Define the roadmap of your product area through deep research and understanding of business goals
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop short-term and long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap within the scope you oversee.
• Define SLAs based on customer needs for data availability and observability and be accountable for deliveries on those SLAs.
• Be accountable for continuous data quality and reliability for your product suite.
• Act as the liaison between two internal teams to identify and balance the goals and needs of each.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Have 5+ years of product management experience, preferably managing data products.
• Previous experience as either an analyst, predictive analyst, data scientist, data engineer, etc
• You value and use both qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions
• Proven experience with big data validation and normalization.
• You are passionate about creating impactful products for internal customers
• You understand how infrastructure is built and how data is used strategically within an organization.
• Communication is your superpower. You can translate complex issues into understandable solutions.
• Extra points if youve worked on e-commerce data products.
