Riverside Medical Group is seeking to hire a District Manager to join our leadership team. The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations in multiple clinics.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with senior leadership to make decisions on new processes, and initiatives
""
• Manage staff schedules, approve timesheets and PTO requests where necessary
""
• Provide effective training, coaching, and feedback. Create developmental or performance improvement plans as needed
""
• Solves problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive, productive approaches utilizing internal support functions
""
• Identifies measurable performance standards to improve clinic performance
""
• Understands the sites challenges and productively facilitates communication and involvement of other functional areas (HR, IT, etc.) and resolution
""
• Monitor staff utilization to measure resources and request additional staff when necessary
""
• Establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with supervising physicians
""
• Provide on-going training and mentoring for staff
""
• Coordinates and communicates across offices and shares best practices with peers
""
• Implementation of new services in the offices
""
• Assist in the development of new offices as needed
""
• Participation in community events and marketing initiatives
""

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in management, operations, and leadership

• Experience building consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.

• Solid understanding of financial management, expense review and approvals

• Ability to travel overnight as needed and work extended hours during clinic openings

• Ability to multi-task and perform in stressful situations

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office programs

• Must alternate weeks being on-call with other Regional Director(s) of Clinic Operation
""
• You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
""
