**Territory management**
+ Within the representative office's permitted activities;
+ Optimize the productivity of individuals and the team to deliver results
+ Ensure all activities are in line with company strategy and in compliance with company policies and regulations
+ Plan and organize activities and projects, in a manner which will help achieve or exceed established performance goals.
+ Supervise the Medical Representatives to ensure adherence to working plan.
+ Submit monthly report to direct manager with content and time as regulation (market research and activities reports)
+ Ensure the customer database validation
+ Manage and lead the district performance and maintain the educational and product information activities in compliance with Pfizer's policies and Vietnamese's regulations.
+ Establish and maintain professional relationship with KOL
+ Timely update and feedback to direct manager any problems relating to assigned work.
+ Update market information to the management.
**People management**
+ Co-operate with other departments to recruit, motivate, train the team
+ Coach team about territory management, communication skill, product knowledge \\develop, manage subordinates and assess their performance
**Compliance**
+ Train and supervisethe implementation of Pfizer's Code of conduct
+ Ensure the activities and communications align with Pfizer's Code of conduct.
Other assignments as allocated by the representative office from time to time
**Education:**
+ Graduated from Pharmacy/Medicine University
**Experience/Knowledge/Skills:**
+ 3-5 years working experience as a Medical Representative
+ Pharmaceutical or related field management experience
+ Self-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities
+ Good problem solving and analytical skills
+ Strong leadership
+ Good communication skills
+ Good command of English.
