This position will be responsible for campus dining services covering Colorado. Our successful candidate will be Client Focused with a demonstrated history of 7 years of experience leading a complex, multi-university portfolio, have strategic leadership, exceptional financial acumen, effective talent management and team development experience.


This leader will be a strategic-thinking leader who can work in partnership with our client on vision and expectations to deliver innovative campus dining service programs to earn high customer satisfaction. Strong team development skills including assuring succession plans are in place with focus on professional development required.


This role is responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the geography through a team of General Managers, Supervisors, and frontline teams with focus on financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training and development. Experience with dining programs including resident dining, retail dining, catered event services and strong financial acumen is required.

Targeted salary range: $93,000-$140,000,  bonus eligible, car reimbursement, plus relocation for candidates who live more than 90 miles from the region.

Position Summary

Serves as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development. Works with each client and the Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Manager's.
