Job Description


The Distribution Partner Account Manager in Cisco is the key contact for our Distribution Partners. You will own and nurture the relationships, building and executing the sales strategy.

Your success will reflect in sales achievements, long term partner relationships and satisfaction.


In this job you will:

* Become your Distributors trusted advisor.

* Own and develop the Distributors Business Plan.

* Work closely with Ciscos cross functional teams to maximize distribution business

* Influence Distributor to transform from logistics oriented business to business solution provider with CX business model.

* Provide weekly / quarterly / yearly forecast, and Distributor quarterly business review.


Who You Are

* You should bring around 10 years of overall sales experience in IT industry.

* Understanding Distribution and Resellers business.

* Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Desired Skills

* Mastery in developing trusted Partner relationships up to C level.

* Excellent influencing skills, both tactical and strategical at the partner

* Ability to leverage and engage internal resources such as Marketing, Technology Experts, Services and others.

* Excellent financial acumen, including understanding of ROI model and other financial modeling tools

* Business English skills.
