Ciscos Strategic Execution Office is an organization that achieves enterprise-wide success by synchronously executing across Ciscos 6 strategic pillars, which are: Secure, Agile Networks, Future of Work, Optimized Application Experience, Internet for the Future, End-to-end Security, and Capabilities at the Edge. In addition to the 6 strategic pillars, we have 2 horizontal pillars driving cross-functional change, which are: Evolved GTM and RTM for Growth and Business Cadence. The Strategic Execution Offices mandate is to partner with the Executive Leadership Team, General Managers, and functional leaders to accelerate execution on the companys overall strategy.

What Youll Do

Ensure we have a Cisco Full Stack Observability solution to care for our customers

Build an integrated roadmap, success criteria and milestones in partnership with BU product management, People & Communities, Sales, CX and corporate functions

Accelerate operational capabilities owned by CIO, Jacqui Guichelaar, and SVP Operations Programs, Ganesha Rasiah, for each offer to the customer

Partner with Marketing & Sales to establish a GTM/RTM approach for each offer 

Remove obstacles and help mitigate risks so that expedite delivery 

Driving closed loop feedback process from seller and customer buyer/influencer to synthesize and adjust assets, materials, and programs 

Who Youll Work With

You will work cross-functionally with the Strategic Execution Office, Security BU, Collaboration BU, EN&C, Customer Experience, and Operations organizations!

Who You Are: 

LOVE to find product market fit, you get energized watching the light go on when customers realize how your solution can power an amazing outcome, easily and quickly. 

Have the right balance of seeing the art of the possible, and yet have enough attention to detail to ensure complex things are simple. 

Are an empathetic listener who can hear what people are saying, then synthesize and identify the critical path/decision points; driving the organization towards a decision

Have the right balance of being collaborative, but also have enough intellectual honesty to call the baby ugly. 

Gravitate towards the hard problems that have ambiguity because you can change the trajectory of a organization and company. And you love to have fun doing it, even if you occasionally laugh at awkward times in a WebEx 

Minimum Requirements

12+ years of overall experience with a strong background in product development and/or product management

5+ years of product management or similar experience at a successful company in the SaaS busine

Good understanding of Meraki Sensors/Cameras/Wireless AP/Dashboard, along with Proximity and Social Density Insights (DNA Spaces) and Intelligent Workplaces

Strong business and technical product requirement writing skills

Experience with building and delivering APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, and application marketplace

Execution, i.e. get it done, skills are required

Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills 

Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
