The Talent Management & Organization Development (TMOD) Director will serve on PepsiCos Corporate TMOD leadership team, supporting PepsiCos global groups and functions. As a senior team member, this person will operate as a relationship manager to HR Business Partners for multiple global functions, co-creating and delivering functional talent strategies. This person will also serve as a Lead Consultant on TMOD projects spanning a broad range of client groups.

Focus areas include succession planning; organizational capability; leadership, team and organization effectiveness; organizational design and large-scale transformation; workforce analytics; culture and engagement; and enhancing the end-user experience of PepsiCos core talent programs and processes. This person will be expected to provide TMOD thought leadership and consultation to help clients deliver on their business agenda. Key customers and stakeholders include Supply Chain; Data, Strategy and Transformation; Finance; Marketing; Research & Development functions; HR Business Partners; and HR Centers of Excellence.

As a Director, TMOD, you will:

  • Serve as Relationship Manager/trusted advisor to HR partners and business leaders for multiple global functions, linking business needs to talent strategies/solutions

  • Operate as Lead Project Consultant on a portfolio of TMOD consulting projects, overseeing less senior team members and project teams

  • Build consulting capability across a team of TMOD consultants by providing thought leadership, conducting training, and coaching others to perform at their best

  • Diagnose business needs, contracting consulting work, and defining achievable project plans

  • Design and delivering TMOD interventions addressing organizational design, change management leadership development, team effectiveness, succession planning, culture, etc.

  • Articulate a compelling point of view on TM and OD topics; applying consulting expertise to generate novel recommendations that advance the business strategy

  • Conduct and leveraging analytics to provide data-driven insights /recommendations that inform smarter talent/organization decision making

  • Deliver greater return on investment from PepsiCos core talent processes and programs

Qualifications/Requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of HR/Talent Management/Organization Development experience, including direct experience consulting to corporate managers/executives required
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, HR, or related degree strongly preferred

  • Well-developed consulting skills, including the ability to link business challenges to talent needs, and create custom solutions/interventions accordingly

  • Proficient in a wide range of consulting techniques (e.g., project scoping, problem diagnosis, intervention, outcomes measurement, etc.) developed from years of consulting experience, preferably as both an internal TM/OD practitioner and as an external consultant

  • Experience leading organizational design / organizational transformation projects

  • Proficient working with data, including the ability to derive meaningful insights and communicate them clearly to senior audiences

  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-phase consulting engagements and supervising less senior consultants

  • Outstanding critical thinking skills, including the ability to conceptualize problems and propose creative solutions

  • Client-service orientation with high-performance standards and commitment to exceeding expectations

  • Team-player mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from different backgrounds

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to consulting, including the ability to partner with a diverse group of HR leaders and senior executive clients

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
