Who You'll Work With:

You will work with Americas senior leadership, business unit leaders, customer success, partners and customers to drive key initiatives for the Americas including rural broadband development, public and private 5G development, and smart and connected cities .

What You'll Do:

Team Development: Build and lead a team of senior business development and technical resources to develop solutions focused public infrastructure investment including rural broadband development, public and private 5G development, and smart and connected cities.

Strategy & priorities: Develop a comprehensive go to market plan focused on key public initiatives aimed at growing access to technology and digitization. This plan will be focused on working closely with government and public institutions and will be carried out across the Americas.

Advise the Americas Senior Leadership and Business Unit teams on customer requirements, challenges, and growth initiatives.

Lead the successful growth of a multi-billion dollar portfolio focused on public investment in infrastructure.

Complete key growth initiatives across global, cross-functional teams, working with multiple segments, verticals and leaders to drive successful programs focused on public investment in digitization and connectivity.

Run the business / operational rigor FY plan, forecasting, headcount & budget management, reporting, summarized competitive intelligence, QBRs etc.

Who You Are:

You will be an integral member of the Americas leadership team and should be a motivational leader that encourages and aligns teams to the Americas culture that has been part of our success.


Executive leader with a minimum of 8-10 years of Sales Leadership with emphasis on Service Provider and/or Public Sector teams.
