What You'll Do
The GES East Enterprise Services Sales organization is seeking an Area Service Director to lead our East Area Service Sales. This role is an Area-level leadership role managing a team of Services Sales Specialists that are both hard lined and dotted lined into the leader and responsible for driving the strategy and revenue growth for Advanced Services including Business Critical Services, Technical Services and Managed Services along with architectural offerings for Security, Data Center/Cloud, Collaboration and Enterprise Networking. This role is responsible for developing and driving scalable sales strategies inclusive of Advisory, Implementation and Optimization offerings.
Who You'll Work With
The East Area Services Sales Director for GES will work with the GES East organization and collaborate with Product Sales leadership, Strategic Engagement Team, Performance IT Team, Advanced Services Sales Specialists, Advanced Services Delivery, including field delivery, product management and Business Development teams.
Who You Are
The candidate will be expected to drive opportunities to retain, capture and grow the Services market share, optimize coverage and routes-to-market aligned to GES Enterprise customers. This position will also accelerate the adoption of Advanced Services across the segment, expand opportunities that capture new consumption and buying patterns. The Services leader will be an integral member of the GES leadership team and should be a motivational leader that inspires and aligns teams to drive the best outcomes for our Cisco and our customers.
