The future of work will never be the same and top of mind for every leader in every company. How can I empower my teams to be successful working remotely? How can we ensure my digital business is secure as employees are working in an AirBnB? How can my employees feel safe when they do visit the office?

We believe that as Cisco, we are uniquely positioned to empower organizations to answer these questions. We are going to take amazing pieces of technology across Collaboration, Security and Enterprise Networking and make it easy for organizations to empower their future of work.

For the Secure Remote Workforce Offer, the hybrid workforce is the new norm, and customers need to ensure their employees and clients can access data, use tools, and communicate securely from any location. The flexible remote access and secure collaboration allow for higher productivity and reduced business risk. Our strategic intent is to win in the remote workforce space by bringing together and building upon our collaboration, security, and networking capabilities to deliver solutions for the distributed workforce and hybrid workspace.

Ciscos Strategic Execution Office is an organization that achieves enterprise-wide success by synchronously executing across Ciscos 6 strategic pillars, which are: Secure, Agile Networks, Future of Work, Optimized Application Experience, Internet for the Future, End-to-end Security, and Capabilities at the Edge. In addition to the 6 strategic pillars, we have 2 horizontal pillars driving cross-functional change, which are: Evolved GTM and RTM for Growth and Business Cadence. The Strategic Execution Offices mandate is to partner with the Executive Leadership Team, General Managers, and functional leaders to accelerate execution on the companys overall strategy.

  • Gravitate towards the hard problems that have ambiguity because you can change the trajectory of a organization and company. And you love to have fun doing it, even if you occasionally laugh at awkward times in a WebEx

Why Cisco

#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference. Heres how we do it.

We embrace digital, and help our customers implement change in their digital businesses. Some may think were old (30 years strong!) and only about hardware, but were also a software company. And a security company. A blockchain company. An AI/Machine Learning company. We even invented an intuitive network that adapts, predicts, learns and protects. No other company can do what we do you cant put us in a box!

But Digital Transformation is an empty buzz phrase without a culture that allows for innovation, creativity, and yes, even failure (if you learn from it.)

Day to day, we focus on the give and take. We give our best, we give our egos a break, and we give of ourselves (because giving back is built into our DNA.) We take accountability, we take bold steps, and we take difference to heart. Because without diversity of thought and a dedication to equality for all, there is no moving forward.

So, you have colorful hair? Dont care. Tattoos? Show off your ink. Like polka dots? Thats cool.
