  • Lead Product as an individual and a team of product managers, product development, engineers, designers, and data scientists delivering our clinical platform

  • Drive a multi-year clinical platform strategy and roadmap that puts our members first and leads the market in clinical outcomes and client reduction in medical and pharmacy costs

  • Ability to work well cross functionally with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, data scientists, digital product designers and technologists

  • Quickly develop strong and effective relationships with colleagues, especially in the chronic condition Product Lines, other Product Platform teams, Clinical Strategy, Product Marketing, Commercial, and Product Delivery

  • Develop solutions that balance member needs, business constraints, and technical considerations across different surfaces (mobile, web, device, human, etc.)

"Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years' experience building customer-facing products
  • A portfolio of digital products in digital health or other industries
  • A great team-player attitude
  • Humble with ability to roll up sleeves and work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or master's degree.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, general manager/owner mentality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
  • Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and business teams
  • Experience developing physical products
  • Experience within a consumer goods/retail company
