If so, Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Offer Experience and Strategic Partnership, based virtually anywhere in the US.

The Director of Consumer Experience and Strategic Partnership possesses an entrepreneurial drive that focuses on the oversight and direction of our strategic partnership and affiliate relationships in support of our new food models. These include dark kitchens, aggregation, and delivery. This individual will build collaborative, revenue-producing partnerships by managing complex and multi-faceted relationships with market participants, adjacent, and clients.

The Director will collaborate with the Consumer Engagement Team and other functional areas to understand stakeholder needs and goals, generate leads, and identify new product opportunities. They will manage and build a portfolio of national and local partnerships to generate revenue, goodwill, and advancement within the sector by directing the prospecting lifecycle for new partnerships and expansions, prospecting, solicitation, pipeline management, cultivation, partner operations planning, and long-term relationship management. 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Four years of experience in marketing, business development, account management, and territory development
• A deep understanding of the new food/restaurant market entrants in the dark kitchen, delivery, and aggregator space
• The ability to establish collaborative and profitable strategic relationships in college and university towns
• Strong negotiation skills
• Communications skills that will draw the attention of a wide variety of audiences.
• The ability to keep multiple projects going at the same time while making sure that everything is polished and done on time.
• Solid experience with Microsoft office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Basic Education Requirement:   

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management
• 10 years progressive sales, marketing, and/or functional experience

Position Summary

Leads implementation and evaluation of product/service offerings, brands, and/or inhouse signature and national brands. Deploys and monitors Brand Strategies. Utilizes information from market research, sales, vendors and units to make recommendations that improve quality, sales and profitability. Develops and maintains tools for training, evaluation and quality assurance of operational programs. Provides input to the marketing leads regarding opportunities for product/service or brand enhancements.
