The Advanced Threat Solutions team, as part of the Global Security Sales Organization, is chartered with incubating new, emerging and acquired security solutions from a sales and go-to-market perspective.

What You'll Do

Key member of global leadership team responsible for global strategy and planning team, supporting the Security Operations (SecOps) Sales Group within the Global Security Sales Operations (GSSO), to establish and manage the operating cadence that enables highly efficient sales performance and high growth among key SaaS-based Security offers.

High level roles & responsibilities include:

  • Co-develop Long Range Growth Strategy (three-year growth plan) and Annual Planning in coordination with GSSO SLT, Security Business Group (SBG) SLT, and Security Marketing for Cloud Security (Umbrella) and other SaaS-based security offers, including Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) and Email Security.
  • Design and execute run the business operating processes within GSSO and SecOps Sales as well as in partnership with SBG including helping to orchestrate Staff Meetings, Quarterly OKRs, Weekly forecast/funnel reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Annual Planning, and Long-Range Strategy
  • Accelerating SaaS-based Security motions across Security Channel Partners in conjunction with the Cisco Security Channel Global & Regional teams
  • Design and execute end to end visibility & measurement strategy for funnel creation activities, evaluating ROI and determining best practices for SaaS-based Security offers
  • Lead team to deliver timely business insights and data access across multiple departments and multiple platforms within GSSO, SBG, as well as Centro
  • Lead transformation initiatives with SFDC and the future SaaS platform
  • Lead transformation initiatives to support SaaS transition in Security
  • Represent security interests within broader Global Specialist community

Required Skills & key Success Factors

  • Deep understanding of customer requirements, Security industry, Cisco field sales, and our partners
  • Understanding of SaaS business model and key metrics for running a healthy portfolio of SaaS-based offers.
  • Ability to link sales and customer success to transformational initiatives & organizational strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to draw relevant business conclusions based on multiple data inputs, paint the big picture and build credible independent recommendations
  • Channel Sales knowledge including resell, MSP, MSSP and Service Provider as a channel motions
  • Demonstrated thought leadership, teamwork, and influencing skills thrives on driving to success in a highly interdependent, collaborative, complex environment
  • Executive-level communication skills, both written and with PowerPoint.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and resilient; thrives on ambiguity and change
  • Passion to accelerate Cisco transformation to SaaS models
  • Drives to results, with multiple balls in the air, and delivers on tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude.
