**The Job**


Xandr Direct is an incubator business within Xandr tasked with increasing marketplace liquidity for Xandr supply partners. Reporting to the VP of Marketplace Development, the Director of Xandr Direct will oversee the creation and on-going operations of this new strategic business initiative. They will be tasked with building a business from the ground up, working successfully across multiple functional teams within Xandr to create new processes, define business KPIs, and generate profitable revenue to the company. They will have an ability to set a vision through strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and development of direct and indirect reports. They will be a trailblazer that has comfort in both the ambiguity of a startup and tenacity for improving existing process and business as usual approaches.


**You Will**


+ Lead business planning, product design, and goal setting for Xandr Direct.

+ Ensure cross-functional alignment of business goals, KPIs, and annual execution of business line across Xandr.

+ Lead go-to-market activities across the US Commercial organization. Drive awareness, value positioning, and adoption of Xandr Direct.

+ Drive constant improvement of end-to-end process from pre-sale to billing, collection, and upsell activities.

+ Manage vendor relationships and vet new partners/vendors as necessary to achieve product vision.

+ Identify critical partnerships and lead the negotiations of strategic and tactical deal terms.

+ Optimize program health and drive revenue results on an increased trajectory for multiple business cycles.

+ Report on revenue to stakeholders, forecast quarterly and annual revenue performance.

+ Serve as the internal evangelist for program success. Be plugged in to industry, market, and technology trends. Use this insight and expertise to inform short and long term business strategies for Xandr.


**You Have**


+ Minimum of 10 years of experience working in the digital media space, ideally within a marketplace, programmatic trading, network or ad tech company.

+ Demonstrated experience managing and building a function, program and/or team.

+ Excellence in business planning, business line and revenue management.

+ Tenacity for driving new business initiative and continuous improvement.

+ Strong time management and organizational skills.

+ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

+ Ability to operate at both the tactical and executive level to drive change and results.

+ Solutions-oriented, energetic self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.
