What You'll Do

On this critical leadership role, theCX Renewals Transformation RTM Director defines and owns key route-to-market initiatives that accelerates success of CX Renewals organization, measured by improving on-time renewal rate (OTRR) of recurring revenue and growth of annualized recurring revenue (ARR) across all customers and partners.

As an individual, you will perform as trusted business advisor with a 360o view of the business, build and maintain deep partner connections and act with bias for execution. You have a strong experience on subscription/XaaS business strategy specially around contract renewals, partner programs, customer success and end-to-end digital engagement.

You will work with a team of business operations professionals on ground-breaking route-to-market initiatives to accelerate and increase renewals, paving the road to build the best-in-class renewals organization with a highly automated experience for our Customers, Partners and internal Stakeholders.

Who You'll Work With

This role resides inCX Strategy, Partner and Operations organization which enables Ciscos fastest growing teams to deliver profitable growth throughout the Customer Lifecycle with a series of selling motions to drive higher value and an efficient experience from Cisco solutions.

You lead cross-functional engagements across CX, Sales, Partners, Finance and Operations to prioritize key business initiatives, change management, strategy implementation and execution. You partner closely with the team driving Renewals transformation as well as with the Renewals Operations team to ensure tight alignment.

You will be required to

  • Define, drive execution and full adoption of RTM initiatives for CX Services and XaaS Renewals.
  • Define and deploy Renewal programs that increase Customer retention and renewals through Partner, Channels and Distributors.
  • Work cross-functionally with Cisco's Global Partner Organization and CX to improve Partner engagement and renewal rates.
  • Drive transformation in a multi-country, multi-cultural and virtual teams, influencing through persuasion, and consensus building while keeping the focus on growing renewal performance through all the different RTM.
  • Improve effectiveness and efficiency of Renewals RTM through innovative programs.
  • Have a broad business understanding this role covers broad aspect of Cisco route to market, services, SaaS offerings and Renewals motions.

Minimum requirements

  • With 10+ years senior management experience, you should possess both leadership and strategy development experience for subscription-based Renewals, routes to market, channel and partner programs, incentives and compensation.
  • Experience deploying software or technical support services partner programs.
  • Excellent written (esp. PowerPoint), story telling and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Optional: MBA or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution.
  • Experience in a top tier consulting firm (or relevant Business Operations and Strategy experience) with expertise on XaaS or subscription based offerings, business management with strong emphasis on Renewals for technology companies.
  • Direct experience in optimally leading strategic programs in sophisticated and complex environments.
  • Adept at balancing short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.
