**AT&T has an opening for a Senior Manager -** To lead a large program in providing managed telecommunications/network services to an IC agency customer.

**Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:** The position of Program Manager is a key position under the contract responsible for delivering the programs catalog of services to the customers global enterprise. The position will be responsible to manage and administer the accomplishment of all aspects of the Statement of Work (SOW). This position works regularly with program leadership, customer leadership and representatives of other IT service providers under the customers Transformers IT ecosystem.

**The Program Manager responsibilities include:**

+ Lead all aspects of the program to include overall program execution against approved schedule and budget.

+ Constant, effective communication and teamwork with all levels of the Government PMO and program team.

+ Provide overall leadership of the execution of the programs CPAF contract while moving to a Managed Service Provider Model (MSPM) transformation.

**Management of day-to-day and strategic program control functions. Including but not limited to:**

+ Ensure program operations are within financial parameters while meeting schedule

+ Delivery of all program CDRLs and other customer deliverables

+ Analysis and planning for staffing and employee development to meet program needs

+ Adherence to overall integrated master schedule by highlighting risks and developing action plans

+ Work with the customer PMO to include mission partners to completely understand their technical needs and articulate a clear solution

+ Support the development of a collaborative technical environment and represent and can clearly articulate issues of a technical nature

+ Ensuring program adherence to AT&T policy and guidelines

+ Lead customer monthly program reviews, cost reviews, risk review, and other customer meetings or briefings

+ Strong written and oral skills to include preparation of materials/briefings and engineering change proposals

+ Manage program communications plans in support of ongoing operations and MSPM transformation

+ Proactively work with other customer IT service providers under the customers Transformers SAIM Model

+ Support the development and improvement of all program management process flows and SOPs

+ Provide regular status and communications on the progress of program performance

**Required Clearance:** TSSCI with polygraph. (#polygraph)

**Required Qualifications:** Position should have 10+ years experience managing programs of like or equivalent size and scope - $50M per year and 300 people worldwide. Direct experience leading the operational performance of enterprise IT programs of similar size and complexity; preferably against an FFP/SLA contract platform. This includes programs with both domestic and international elements.

The successful candidate must be skilled in effectively relaying technical information to a large non-technical audience to quickly resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer. Must have political savvy to negotiate complicated relationships smoothly and efficiently. Strong experience communicating with the program team as well as multiple stakeholders to provide vision, strategy and identify solutions for the program.

Candidates must have a bachelors degree in a related technical field (STEM). Advanced degrees and certifications are desired particularly in IT Processes and ITIL Service Management. Must possess a PMP certification.

**Desired Qualifications:** Advanced degrees are desired as well as other pertinent certifications in process or service improvement.
