This position will play a critical role on the launch team in leading the development of the branded global launch strategy for HCPs. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing expertise, dermatology market experience and a demonstrable ability to build and execute strategies and initiatives that maximize brand value. Although launch experience is not required it is preferred. To support a global launch the position holder will need to understand the market and customer place through deep & robust insights and deliver strategies that ensure an ideal launch platform for the US and other key countries across IDM (International Developed Markets) and EM (Emerging Markets). As such the candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of working in a matrix team environment, with multiple country, marketing and cross-functional partners.

This position will report to the Global Brand Lead.

*Abrocitinib is currently under review with regulatory bodies including the FDA & EMA.


1. Development & execution of global HCP branded launch strategy including trademark, positioning, differentiated value proposition, messaging platform and creative campaign.

2. Customer segmentation including definition of targeting & engagement approach in conjunction with global & country teams.

3. Champion, lead & work cross-functionally and glocally with country colleagues to co-create, support, drive & implement global campaign, key strategies & goals.

4. Champion & synthesise HCP insights and pull through to customer insight-driven initiatives, tactics, planning and market launches.

5. Cross-functionally partner & drive HCP strategy evolution, including opportunities and needs, to define & support post-launch growth.


+ BS/BA required, Advanced degree highly preferred

+ >8-10 years pharmaceutical experience within marketing, strategy or new product launch experience

+ Global or regional, and country marketing experience preferred

+ Ability to manage large, complex budgets

+ Demonstrated success in independently developing, executing, and measuring cross-channel HCP marketing programs

+ Proven record of identifying customer needs, extracting key insights, and translating these into meaningful value propositions, and tactics

+ Willingness to challenge the status-quo, strong communication, confidence & flexibility in multi-cultural setting

+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate across different functions and colleagues/groups and to lead by influence to effectively develop and implement strategies with internal/external stakeholders

+ Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performance

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management. Strong analytical skills; detail oriented, action driven; and creative
