Auto req ID: 243823BR Job Description Purpose The Director, Executive Compensation Operations, is an exciting and pivotal role within the Global HR Operations team. The role has full accountability for all aspects of the management, delivery, and compliance of PepsiCos Long-Term Incentive (LTI) (i.e. Stock Options, RSUs and Dividend Equivalent Units (DEU)) and Board of Directors Compensation (Equity and Cash) programs. This role works closely with Executive Compensation Center of Excellence (COE) and provides strategic leadership and direction to various internal and external resources as it relates to the management of these programs. Key Accountabilities: Provide leadership and direction to team of five (5) associates in the management and execution of annual and periodic processes such as participant communications, executive choice, annual/pro-rata grants, grant acceptance, annual/off-cycle RSU, Stock Options and DEU settlements, etc. Manage strategic relationship with vendor partners and consultants with focus on seamless/digitized employee experience, transaction and reporting accuracy, compliance as well as innovative trends Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of stock compensation expense, annual budget, expense forecasting and share utilization as well as US, International, individual, and corporate tax compliance Manage onshore/offshore team members to ensure timely and accurate execution of compliance and reporting activities (i.e. insider trading, ownership guidelines, SEC filings, proxy reporting, financial accounting, etc.) Provide coaching and guidance to team of five (5) associates to develop talent and drive strong performance Key Relationships: Partner with Executive Compensation COE to ensure thorough understanding of program design and strategy Provide COE with insights based on program management and delivery expertise that drive optimal program strategy/design Interact closely with Tax, Finance, Control, Investor Relations, Total Rewards CoE, GHROps/GBS teams and HR Business Partners External vendors, consultants, and other 3rd parties Qualifications/Requirements Skill Requirement: Experience in managing or administering compensation programs for a large organization Strong data analysis skills couple with knowledge of SAP HCM or a similar HRMS system Ability to communicate with different constituencies and stakeholders via multiple channels (e.g., presentations, conference calls, email) Strong project management skills with experience implementing complex projects Ability to manage external vendors and collaborate with cross-functional team members Problem-solving skills: proactive approach to identify risks and propose solutions Ability to manage concurrent assignments, projects and set appropriate priorities 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in a global corporation in HR or a related field Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources, required Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
