Sodexo, a world leader in quality of life services, has an exciting new opening for a Director, eProcurement. 

 

The Director, eProcurement is the business lead for all eProcurement functions within the Entegra Procurement Services division of Sodexo and is responsible for the promoting, deploying, and developing eProcurement solutions for our group purchasing clients. This position will create a compelling business case for our clients adoption of eProcurement solutions and work with our internal and external sales teams, clients, and technical managers to implement.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build out their own team as we increase our eProcurement offers and successfully expand the number of clients using the solutions.

 

This position reports to the VP of Data Solutions and is a virtual position.  Must have the flexibility to report to a Sodexo HQ office in Gaithersburg, MD and Buffalo, NY when needed.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaison with Sales / National Account Executives in the promotion of eProcurement Offers to clients, including live system demonstrations.
  • Manage the client onboarding process, working with a cross-functional team including clients, sales, national account managers, system technical owners, and vendors.
  • Be creative in solutioning challenges for clients.
  • Collect, document, and prioritize system capability enhancements on an ongoing basis to ensure we continue to meet client expectation.
  • Work with the system technical owners / vendors to validate, test, and communicate system enhancements.
  • Prioritize and facilitate the supplier enablement workflow of dedicated supplier enablement resource(s) with input from the business, supply management, and technical team(s).
  • Own (edit) the sales and onboarding documentation, keeping up to date as system changes and enhancements are rolled out.
  • Research and propose additional 3rd party P2P Solutions for potential licensing / adoption
  • Communicate project status and potential problems to team members and department leaders.
  • Assist with supplier enablement activities (catalog acquisition, pricing rules, testing) in support of specific Entegra clients needs.
  • Provide key metric on system usage, enabled suppliers, and contract utilization.

  • Strongly prefer prior experience with P2P / eProcurement systems with particular attention to the client adoption.

CO Equal Pay Act - The salary range for this position is up to $187,100, AIP eligible
