Our Base Management Marketing Team is seeking a Director, Customer Growth & Retention Marketing; basically a Churn Battleplan Director, to join us in our El Segundo, CA or Dallas, TX offices.


You will be responsible for working with our partners in the Sales and Distribution organization to help them implement strategies and tactics in their markets to mitigate churn.


You will sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales. It will be most helpful if you have knowledge of retention strategies, base management campaigns, sales channel strategies, retail sales operations, and P&L management. You will work closely with Retail Sales and Distribution to help the VPGMs (Vice Presidents/General Managers) understand churn trends in their markets, how theyre performing against key KPIs, and how performance on those KPIs flows through to reduced churn.


You will work to identify campaign opportunities through various data insights and understanding the product/customer journey. You will manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional groups (i.e. Sales Leadership, Business Analytics, Pricing, Finance, Sales Operations, Customer Service) to identify solutions and enhancements for program operations. You can expect to present business cases & recommendations to gain consensus among the cross functional teams. Additionally, you will regularly present to Senior Leadership.


**Details:**


+ Lead the development, execution, enhancements of retention strategies for the VPGM Churn Battleplan model

+ Utilize multiple inputs, including competitive intelligence and data analytics to monitor and optimize KPIs

+ Primary interface and subject matter expert for day-to-day operations necessary to maintain key business goals

+ Manage team of SMEs to act as point of contact for retention strategies for the VPGMs

+ Forecast, track, analyze and communicate key retention metrics

+ Use effective time and project schedule management to consistently meet deadlines for program launch

+ Proactively communicate with Field Leadership on all marketing campaigns that impact the base


**Qualifications:**


+ Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred

+ 7-10 years relevant experience (Marketing, Research, Analytics, Sales Leadership or Program Management) required

+ Knowledge of marketing analytics systems, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including a qualitative and quantitative skill set

+ Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited timeframe

+ Proficiency in standard MS Office applications

+ Occasional travel required (~20%)

+ Ability to work effectively with business and technical managers
