Job Description

PepsiCo is embarking on several initiatives to make us more efficient and agile. One key initiative is to harmonize our core business processes and common data, enabled by the latest CRM technology. As such, we are seeking a Change Management Director to be an integral member of the Transformation Office and Org Effectiveness and Change Management team who will play a pivotal role in the adoption of a new CRM system across the PBNA Commercial and Go To Market functions.

The preferred candidate will have significant experience leading change management for large-scale technology transformations, including expertise in identifying and addressing the people aspects of changes through organizational development interventions. In addition, the candidate should be a team player who has led change management for agile transformation projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop the change management strategy, following the PBNA methodology, to support the adoption of the CRM and process changes
  • Drive change impact workshops using outputs to design and deliver organizational enablers that promote the adoption
  • Conduct leadership interviews and stakeholder alignment sessions, incorporating feedback into ongoing change management delivery and support
  • Assess change readiness, taking a holistic view of stakeholders and impacts across the PBNA system
  • Identify potential change risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
  • Acts as an internal partner to Project Owner and VP, Transformation to advise on the best way to enable the transformation and integrate change management into the overall program plan
  • Where necessary, develop, design and implement supporting communications materials (e.g., internal presentation materials, training documents, talking points, guidelines, FAQs)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization including field operating leaders, change leads and enterprise change teams
  • Support the Training Lead and team on engagement activities relating to the training plan to ensure commitment from the business

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related area
  • 10+ years leading change management for large-scale transformations
  • Substantial experience supporting organizational IT change management initiatives; with 5+ years of digital change management transformation strongly preferred
  • Strong familiarity with agile project management
  • Ability to influence without direct authority, taking ownership and driving results
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
