Prudential Annuities develops, markets, and services an array of fixed and variable annuity products designed to help investors generate guaranteed income that they cannot outlive. This position is an integral part of the Strategy Team, within the Annuities Actuarial department.  The ideal candidate will be highly adept at developing execution road maps for key initiatives and coordinating across a wide array of business stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.  The candidate will have the opportunity to partner with Annuities Actuarial, Actuarial Centers of Excellence, and various Corporate Functions. 


The individuals responsibilities can be associated with both short-term cyclical processes and long-term projects such as the following:

Program management and coordination of new product implementations across key stakeholder groups (e.g. Pricing, Valuation and Modeling COEs, IT)
Provide project management discipline to the execution of Strategy led short term financial and viability analyses

Plan and coordinate the execution of the annual assumption update
Coordinate interactions with corporate oversight groups and regulators, in support of assumption updates, filings, SEC Reasonableness, and others
Develop dashboards and communications to highlight progress and outcomes of key initiatives to senior leaders
Support impact assessments and capacity management for new initiatives


The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Ability to work on multiple projects and help resolve conflicting priorities
Highly motivated, independent, well organized, and detail oriented
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to excellence
Strong oral and written communication skills
Natural collaborator who values relationships and has demonstrated strong relationship building skills
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Project or process management experience, Agile project management experience preferred
Annuities/ and or Actuarial experience a plus
