Better starts and ends with the customer

In this role, you will play a key role in the development of customer relationships and retention of corporate customers using our Foreign Exchange (FX) and payments solutions. This role will be providing customers hands-on support with their FX trades, answering customer inquiries and tending to our corporate customers needs. Not only will you be educating customers on changes within the international FX market, you will also be executing FX trades on the customers behalf. This role is a revenue-driven role, and you will play a key part in ensuring that team revenue goals are attained.

You will possess 1-3 years of experience selling within a financial services company, experience in FX is ideal, but not necessarily required. You will have excellent communication skills, and will have experience working closely with customers on a day-to-day basis. You will ideally possess a bachelors degree in finance, economics, international business, or a related field.

The annual gross base salary range is $51,048.57 75,572.86 + commission. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. The total compensation will also include a bonus structure in addition to equity. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
