This position is responsible for the coordination and completion of major Digital Marketing initiatives within UnitedHealthcare Government Programs Digital involving multi-functional areas with significant financial and regulatory impacts. The Government Programs Digital team is responsible for creating and developing marketing, merchandising, creative strategies and tactics to promote and sell the organization's products and services through Digital Channels.

The Digital Project Manager will provide subject matter expertise in areas including project management, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on professional knowledge and background. The focus of digital initiatives will be on web pages and paid media for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Special Needs Plans and Prescription Drug Program. The Digital Project Manager collaborates with a Product Team to establish, maintain and update the "web experience" from the viewpoint of the customer. The Digital Project Manager may manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations. The successful candidate will ensure his / her assigned projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.

  • Manages project plans, dashboards and open issues / action items for Government Programs Digital Team for web initiatives in the Medicare business space
  • ""
  • Facilitates and manages various meetings (e.g., kickoff meetings, requirements gathering meetings, weekly program status meetings, regular agency meetings, etc.)
  • ""
  • Documents and communicates Meeting Notes and Status Reports reflecting project status, project health, risks and remediation plans to stakeholders
  • ""
  • Oversees various deliverables and timelines to ensure appropriate internal routing and approvals
  • ""
  • Collaborates with business leaders and project teams to identify, document, review, communicate and implement relevant business / operations change management procedures as needed to support evolving business needs
  • ""
  • Ensures appropriate individuals from each business area are engaged across appropriate stakeholder audiences
  • ""
  • Works closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Analysts and Agile scrum teams to help eliminate blockers that might slow down or stop work
  • ""
  • Attends product demo and scrum meetings, as needed
  • ""
  • Facilitates IT timelines of Operating & Maintenance releases
  • ""
  • Assists with User Acceptance Testing / Post Acceptance Testing that occur during regular business hours and outside business hours (late evenings / early mornings and weekends when necessary)akes charge of ad hoc projects assigned

  • Manages change control process

  • Manages project budgets and SOWs/invoices
  • ""
  • Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses

  • Bachelors Degree
  • ""
  • 3+ years of digital marketing and / or direct eCommerce experience
  • ""
  • 5+ years of experience in project management to include release management and change control
  • ""
  • Demonstrated track record of achievements with ability to identify and deliver customer expectations
  • ""
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with completing deadlines, organize and prioritize work, ensure quality and adherence to business process and compliance standards
  • ""
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and interpret customer needs, formulate project requirements to translate concepts into practice
  • ""
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, leverage team member expertise to drive project delivery and make fact - based recommendations / business decisions
  • ""
  • Proven vendor management, cross - functional leadership and diplomatic conflict management / resolution skills
