The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for owning one or more of the companys digital platforms supporting various user populations and programs. The Digital Product Manager is responsible for all product management activities to support the ongoing performance and future roadmap features for the platform.

  • Ownone or many products where investment is a mix of capital projects, business project and agile product funding

  • Ensureproduct's roadmap aligns to business strategy and supports service delivery

  • Interpretdata to make decisions and provides recommendations to leadership for Product Management strategy

  • Owncorrelated product's management documentation
  • ""
  • Leveragedata to build business cases for product investment, Translates product capabilities to delivered value across all Programs, Regularly interacts with Clients to present product strategy and negotiate modifications, Translates Program needs into actionable plans
  • ""
  • Understandkey value and cost indicators, links operational outcomes to financial outcomes, Owns product's associated ROI and/or CBAs, tracks and manages product's funding in partnership with Finance
  • ""
  • Identifyand assessimpact of financial decisions, articulatethe financial impact and related risks to internal and external stakeholders
  • ""
  • Articulatehow their product's capabilities ties into the overall product suite, Engages with IT stakeholders to ensure product changes align with IT strategy

  • Understand key security and network foundations, manageproduct to technical performance KPIs, participatein IT strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, MIS, computer science, human centered design, experience design or related field ( equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered)
  • ""
  • 4+ years relevant work experience in product, process or experience field
  • ""
  • Working knowledge of agile development framework and human centered design and product life cycle
  • ""
  • Skills in planning, budgeting, feasibility analysis, return on investment estimation and realization, and performance measurement and reporting
  • ""
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and change management skills
  • ""

  • Experience in managing digital platforms in the health care industry and/or federal contracting industry

  • Superb information design abilities, fastidious and efficient production and optimization habits, and impeccable problem solving skills
  • ""
  • Green Belt or Black Belt with experience in Six Sigma, Lean and other process improvement disciplines
  • ""
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • ""
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Axure, Invision, UXPin among others)
  • ""
  • Strong digital experience capability and command of process, usability and design principles, as well as digital channel best practices
  • ""
  • Experience in project management or portfolio management
  • ""
  • Experience in the consumer facing copywriting / editing field
  • ""
  • Human centered design proficiency
  • ""
  • Exhibits a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness and works well with ambiguity
